Fedbank Financial Services informs about outcome of board meeting

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30, 33, 52 and 54 read with Schedule Ill of the SEBI Listing Regulations and other applicable regulations, if any, Fedbank Financial Services has informed that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. October 17, 2025 have considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results including Cash Flow Statement of the Company under the IND AS for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The said results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee in its meeting held today prior to the Board Meeting.
