Physical Rubber prices declined on Thursday

Physical Rubber prices declined on Thursday due to lack of genuine buyers in the market.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety declined to Rs 165.50 compared to its previous closing of Rs 167; while the RSS-5 variety closed at Rs 162 compared to its previous closing of Rs 164.

In the futures market, contract of October delivery improved to Rs 166.50 compared to its previous close of Rs 166.22, while November delivery closed at Rs 165.50 compared to its previous closing of Rs 165.91 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
