Apis India informs about postal ballot notice

Apis India has informed that it attached, the Postal Ballot Notice dated October 13, 2025, along with the explanatory statement, seeking approval of the members of the Company, by way of remote e-voting process (‘e-voting’) for: 1. Issue of Bonus Shares; and 2. Increase in Authorised Share Capital and consequent alteration to the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association. Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only through electronic mode to all the members whose e-mail address is registered with the Company/Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent/Depository Participants/Depositories. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) (‘CDSL’), as the agency to provide e-voting facility. The e-voting facility will be available during from 9:00 am (IST) on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 till 5:00 pm (IST) on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. The Postal Ballot Notice is also available on the Company's website at https://www.apisindia.com and on the website of CDSL at https://www.evotingindia.com.
