Further to intimation dated 1st December, 2022, Hindustan Unilever has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, has approved the integration of the ESG Committee with the CSR Committee with effect from 24th October 2025. The integrated Committee will be known as CSR-ESG Committee and will be responsible for overseeing the Company’s initiatives, disclosures, and compliances related to both CSR and ESG matters.
