Adani Enterprises (AEL) has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Adani Ropeways’ (ARL) to undertake development and promotion of ropeway projects and to extend assistance of all kinds including investment, financial, technical or commercial, for development, construction, operation, maintenance, etc. of ropeway projects in India. AEL shall hold 100% share capital of ARL. ARL has been incorporated in India on October 23, 2025 and registered with Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
