Hexaware Technologies has informed that it enclosed intimation in continuation to the disclosure made in earnings call after the board meeting held on July 24, 2025 (transcript of which was submitted to the Exchanges and is available on the website of the company under the investor section) wherein it was informed regarding legal dispute with one European client. Both parties have filed mediation application with Mediation Agency in US to resolve the dispute with client. With respect to the above, it has appended Annexure A containing information and details as required under Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024. This information will also be hosted on the Company’s website at www.hexaware.com.
