Zydus Lifesciences’ arm acquires balance share capital in Amplitude Surgical SA

Zydus Lifesciences’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Zydus MedTech France SAS (Zydus MedTech France) has acquired the balance 14.4% share capital and voting rights of the Amplitude Surgical SA, France on October 24, 2025, through mandatory tender offer and squeeze-out. In view of the same, Zydus MedTech France now holds 100% share capital and voting rights of the Target Entity and hence, the Target Entity has become the wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus MedTech France. The transaction is now considered to be consummated on October 24, 2025. 

Earlier, Zydus MedTech France had acquired 85.6% of the share capital and voting rights of the Target Entity.
