Adani Enterprises (AEL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Shri Kedarnath Ropeways’ (SKRL) in India on October 27, 2025 to carry out the development, maintenance and management of the project Development of the ropeway system from Son Prayag to Kedarnath in the State of Uttarakhand on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) Mode. AEL shall hold 100% share capital of SKRL.
