Oracle Financial Services Software has informed that, the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, on October 28, 2025, has approved the allotment of 69,484 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each to the eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the OFSS Stock Plan 2014. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. In this allotment, the Company has allotted 14,816 shares to a Director of the Company. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 435,028,630/- divided into 87,005,726 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each.
