Titan Company (formerly Titan Industries) was awarded the Gold Award 2013 for the best retailer in India, and the Best of the Best Award 2013 for being among the top five retailers in the Asia-Pacific region. The company received the award at the 10th Retail Asia-Pacific Top 500 award ceremony, held at Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul, on September 24, 2013.

The Retail Asia-Pacific Top 500 is an annual ranking of the largest and most outstanding retailers in various major Asia-Pacific economies.

Titan is India’s largest manufacturer of quartz watches and has a 60% market share in the Indian market. It is world’s sixth largest manufacturer of branded watches. It has a manufacturing and assembly unit at Hosur in Tamil Nadu.
