In furtherance to communication dated October 06, 2025 regarding the Board Meeting to be held on November 03, 2025, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Aurionpro Solutions has informed that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board may also consider the payment of second Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any for the Financial Year 2025- 26. The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders for the Interim dividend, if declared, may be fixed on Friday, November 7, 2025. Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from October 1, 2025, and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results and consideration of the proposed interim dividend by the Board of Directors.
