Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has informed that Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services had participated in bid vide Bid Number: GEM/2025/B/6626171 issued by General Insurance Corporation Of India, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, in this regard Zaggle has received the lowest bidder (L1) rank and accordingly Contract has been awarded by General Insurance Corporation of India. The Contract value is Rs. 9,84,00,000. In this regard, they enclosed the necessary details in Annexure-A as required under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
