Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles gains on reporting 27% rise in total sales in October

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles is currently trading at Rs. 413.45, up by 3.35 points or 0.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 410.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 414.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 414.90 and Rs. 410.10 respectively. So far 451238 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 524.68 on 01-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 335.30 on 7-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 417.60 and Rs. 403.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 151877.76 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 42.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 34.46% and 22.97% respectively.

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles has reported 26.6% rise in total passenger vehicle (PV) sales (domestic & international market), including Electric Vehicles (EVs), at 61,295 units in October 2025 as compared to 48,423 units in the same month last year. Domestic PV sales, including EVs, were at 61,134 units in October 2025 as compared to 48,131 units in the year-ago month, up 27%. 

EV (IB + Domestic) sales surged 73.4% at 9,286 units in October 2025 as against 5,355 units in October 2024, powered by strong customer preference for its expanding EV portfolio.
