M&M reports 16% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2FY26). 

The company has reported 17.69% rise in its net profit at Rs 4,520.52 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3,840.88 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 20.90% at Rs 35,781.46 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 29,596.56 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 15.85% rise in its net profit at Rs 3,673.32 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3,170.72 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 21.25% at Rs 46,781.18 crore for Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 38,582.96 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
