Shriram Pistons & Rings has informed that it had submitted the newspaper clippings of the Un-Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, published on November 5, 2025, in The Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi). It was also informed to the exchanges that due to an inadvertent error by the publishing vendor, the results in The Financial Express were printed in Hindi instead of English language. However, the correct English version of the said publication has now been re-published in the November 6, 2025 edition of The Financial Express (all editions). Copies of both newspaper publications are enclosed for reference. The publication also includes a Quick Response (QR) Code for direct access to the financial results. Furthermore, in terms of provisions of Regulation 46 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, the aforesaid results are also uploaded on the Company’s website (www.shrirampistons.com).
