Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Vishal Mega Mart has informed that a meeting of the Board of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (‘Financial Results’) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Further, in continuation to its earlier letter dated September 25, 2025, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from October 01, 2025. Further, the trading window shall remain closed for up to 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Financial Results.
