Further to letter dated 30th October, 2025, ITC has informed that it enclosed in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, copies of the newspaper clippings of the advertisement published on 11th November, 2025 re. Notice issued pursuant to Regulations 5 and 6 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021 pertaining to voluntary delisting of the Ordinary Shares of the Company from The Calcutta Stock Exchange, in Kolkata editions of the newspapers: ‘Business Standard’ (English), ‘Business Standard’ (Hindi), and ‘Aajkaal’ (Bengali). The aforesaid advertisement was also published, in the: (i) Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi and Pune editions of ‘Business Standard’ (English). (ii) Bhopal, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Mumbai and New Delhi editions of ‘Business Standard’ (Hindi).
