0.00 (0.00%) State Bank of India (SBI) has signed Non-Binding Term Sheet with Care Ratings to purchase 29,70,000 equity shares of CareEdge Global IFSC (CGIL) (pending execution of Definitive Agreement) for acquiring stake of up to 9.90% in CGIL. CGIL is a full-service credit rating agency (CRA) and is the first CRA registered and authorized by the International Financial Services Centre Authority (India).
The bank will acquire the stake at a consideration of up to Rs 2.97 crore. The transaction is expected to be completed within 6 months from the date of Non-Binding Term Sheet.
