The aforesaid meeting was finalized at a shorter notice and the same is being simultaneously intimated in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations read with Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30. In the above meeting(s) the Company will make a presentation on the same lines as the presentation made available on the Company/ Exchange websites and No unpublished Price Sensitive Information will be shared/discussed in the aforesaid meeting.
