Nestlé India has informed that it enclosed copy of newspaper advertisement published in the columns of English Daily ‘Financial Express’ Delhi and Mumbai editions on 13th November 2025, regarding share certificate(s), containing shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company, reported lost to the Company. In the absence of any claim/ objection being lodged with the Company at its Registered Office within 15 days from the date of the Public Notice, the Company shall issue an Entitlement Letter in lieu of share certificates reported lost.
