This acquisition increases SBI's total shareholding to 14,90,000 shares, representing a 7.45% stake in the company. The investment is being made to incorporate the company which shall act as an Investment Manager and provide services to a proposed public InvIT to be sponsored by National Highway Authority of India (NHAI).
