Dhillon Freight Carrier informs about unaudited financial results

Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), Dhillon Freight Carrier has informed that it attached the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) for the half yearly ended 30th September, 2025, along with Independent Auditor's Review Report thereon. The said Financial Results were duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at their respective meetings held today. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 1:00 pm (IST) and concluded at 2:00 pm (IST).
