KPIT Technologies Ltd.

KPIT Technologies, through its wholly owned subsidiary, KPIT Technologies (UK), has acquired further stake of 1.1% at a consideration of 2.82 million euro, taking the total of KPIT group shareholdings to 90% in N Dream AG (N-Dream). 

N-Dream AG is a Cloud based Game Aggregation Platform company, based in Switzerland. This strategic investment in N-Dream is part of KPIT Technologies’ roadmap to enable Automotive OEMs enhance the driver & passenger experience in the Cockpit of the Future. The company will offer complementary software integration & validation services to N-Dream’s Automotive clients. Both parties will collaborate towards offering value-added data products for Automotive OEMs, thereby enabling them to create additional monetizable experiences & features.

Earlier, the company had acquired 62.9% stake through its wholly owned subsidiary -- KPIT Technologies (UK) for a consideration of 16.35 million euros.
