Wipro has informed that the Company has granted 57,034 ADS Restricted Stock Units under Company’s Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024, to identified employees of its subsidiary company. This grant is effective from November 19, 2025. These shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
