NBCC (India) has sold 609 residential units at Aspire leisure valley Pkg-2, (2 towers: Tower No 1 & 2) and Aspire Centurian Park (Tower No.10 & Iconic-36th and above) at Gr. Noida (W), UP- Sub-Package-1 through an e-auction at total sale value of around Rs 1069.43 crore. The company will get marketing fee at 1% of sale value.
