InterGlobe Aviation has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on Friday, November 21, 2025, considered and approved the investment of USD 820 million in InterGlobe Aviation Financial Services IFSC Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, in one or more tranches. The details of the transaction as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure - A. A copy of the Press Release issued in this regard is also enclosed as Annexure - B. The Board meeting commenced at 09:00 hours (IST) and concluded at 10:05 hours (IST).
