AXIS Bank has informed that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 3,046 equity shares of Rs 10 each on October 07, 2013, under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,91,89,786 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 46,91,92,832 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
