Bajaj Auto rises on planning to scale up presence of e-rickshaw ‘Riki’ to 200 cities in Q1FY26

Bajaj Auto is currently trading at Rs. 9051.65, up by 46.20 points or 0.51% from its previous closing of Rs. 9005.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 9020.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 9142.00 and Rs. 9005.45 respectively. So far 9333 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 9635.60 on 25-Nov-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 7088.25 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 9142.00 and Rs. 8863.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 252895.69 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.44% and 22.52% respectively.

Bajaj Auto has planned to increase its presence of e-rickshaw 'Riki' in 200 cities by January to March next year (Q1FY26). The company, which started a pilot test of Riki with four cities, has now scaled up its presence to eight at present as part of phase I. Under its phase I expansion of Riki, Bajaj Auto is targeting multiple cities and towns in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Assam.

Riki delivers a range of 140 kilometers on a single charge with fast charging of full charge in 4.5 hours and comes with 3-year battery warranty.
