Ivalue Infosolutions has informed that pursuant to the listing of Equity Shares of the Company on National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and on BSE as on September 25, 2025 and in furtherance to application made to the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore the Corporate Identification Number (CIN) and Listing Status of the Company on the Master Data of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has been updated. Accordingly, the CIN of the Company has been changed from U72200KA2008PLC045995 to L72200KA2008PLC045995, and the listing status has been changed from ‘No’ to ‘Yes’.
