Bank of Maharashtra has informed that Department of Financial Services (DFS) vide notification no. eF. No. 4/4(vii)/2024-BO.l dated 24th November, 2025 has notified that in exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to Clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 read with paragraph 8 (1) of the Nationalized Banks (Management & Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970 (amended vide notification dated 17.11.2022), the Central Government has appointed Shri Prabhat Kiran, Chief General Manager, Canara Bank as Executive Director in Bank of Maharashtra, for a period of three years with effect from the date of assumption of office, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Shri Prabhat Kiran has assumed the charge as Executive Director of the Bank on 24.11.2025. Brief profile of Shri Prabhat Kiran is attached. Pursuant to the Regulation 30 & Regulation 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
