Aditya Birla Capital makes investment of Rs 40 crore in Aditya Birla Capital Digital

Aditya Birla Capital (ABCL) has made an investment of Rs 40 crore on rights basis, in the equity shares of Aditya Birla Capital Digital (ABCDL). Pursuant to the said investments, there is no change in the percentage shareholding of ABCL and ABCDL continues to be wholly owned subsidiary of the company. ABCL is making the investment in ABCDL to meet its growth and funding requirements.
