Anant Raj’s wholly owned subsidiaries -- Vrittanta Real Estate and Romano Builders, have jointly made an investment of Rs 20,000 (Rs 10,000 each) in Blessed Landbase LLP (the LLP), incorporated on July 10, 2024, which is engaged in the business of the real estate.

In this regard, both wholly owned subsidiaries have acquired a 50% partnership interest in the LLP, resulting in the acquisition of 100% partnership interest collectively.
