Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL) has taken over the operational control of AGHPort Aviation Services (AASPL). As a result, AASPL has become a subsidiary of AAHL and a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
