The requisite disclosures as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular dated 11th November 2024 as amended from time to time, is annexed as Annexure I and resignation letter of Ajit Zanjad is annexed as Annexure II.
