Sagility has informed that Sohail Djariri, Chief Growth Officer and a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, has resigned, effective November 28, 2025. Further, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Chris Shiffert, who will take over as Chief Growth Officer, designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective December 1, 2025. Relevant details, as required under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure I and Annexure II.
