UltraTech Cement has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 24th January, 2026, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2025 (‘financial results’). In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed or Proposed to be Listed Securities, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Connected / Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st January, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results i.e. up to 26th January, 2026.
