Hindalco Industries Ltd.

Hindalco Industries has completed the acquisition of 100% equity stake of EMIL Mines and Mineral Resources (EMMRL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Essel Mining & Industries (EMIL) on December 1, 2025. Consequently, EMMRL has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effective from December 1, 2025.

Earlier, Hindalco Industries had entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on October 24, 2025, with Essel Mining & Industries and EMIL Mines and Mineral Resources for acquisition of 100% shareholding of EMMRL.

The company’s aluminium units across the country encompass the entire gamut of operations from bauxite mining, alumina refining, aluminium smelting to downstream rolling, extrusions, foils and alloy wheels, along with captive power plants and coal mines.
