Wipro has informed that the Company has granted 69,597 (Sixty Nine Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety Seven) ADS Restricted Stock Units under Company’s Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024, to its identified employees. This grant is effective from December 3, 2025. These shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
