Suzlon Energy Ltd.

In continuation to letter dated 19th February 2024 intimating about imposition of penalty by State GST authority, Gujarat upon Suzlon Global Services, the wholly owned subsidiary (since merged with the Company with effect from 10th May 2025 from the appointed date of 15th August 2024), Suzlon Energy has informed that the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Appeal, Gandhidham, Gujarat, accepting the Company’s submission, has modified the order and reduced the penalty to Rs.50,000/-, the details of which are as per enclosed Annexure. The balance amount of Rs.19,04,890/- would be refunded in due course.
