In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 05.12.2025 has considered and approved the re-employment of Shri Arun Kumar Singh (DIN: 06646894), as Chairman & CEO, ONGC, on contract basis for a further period of one-year with effect from 07.12.2025, or till assumption of charge of the post by the regular incumbent, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest in line with the letter no. CA-31011/5/2023- PNG (48404) dated 03.12.2025 issued by MoP&NG, Government of India. Brief profile of Singh and other details as per SEBI Circular is attached at ‘Annexure-A’. Singh is not debarred from holding the office by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other authority. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 19:50 hrs and concluded at 20:25 hrs.
