Godawari Power And Ispat Ltd.

Godawari Power and Ispat has informed that this is in continuation of earlier announcement dated 03.12.2025, vide which the Company informed about the receipt of ‘Consent to Operate’ for additional 2 MTPA Iron Ore Pellet Plant from the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, they informed that the Iron Ore Palletization Plant started its commercial operations on additional capacity of 2 MTPA at Siltara Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh from today (i.e. 08.12.2025) onwards. With the commencement of operation of this additional 2 MTPA iron ore pellet plant, the pellet manufacturing capacity of the Company stands increased from 2.7 MTPA to 4.7 MTPA.
