ICICI Bank Ltd.

ICICI Bank has executed the share purchase agreement (SPA) with Prudential Corporation Holdings (PCHL) for purchase of additional shareholding of up to 2% in ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (ICICI AMC). The bank will purchase additional shares from Prudential Corporation Holdings.

This purchase is primarily towards maintaining the Bank’s majority shareholding in the event of grant of stock-based compensation by ICICI AMC.
