Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Coforge has informed that Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from January 01, 2026, for the purpose of consideration of Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, and other matters, if any. The trading window will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, directly or indirectly, are prohibited to deal in the securities of the Company during this period. Further, pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited consolidated and standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors will also be considering the proposal of the payment of third Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26 and will determine the Record date for the purpose of the third Interim Dividend, if approved. The company has also informed that a conference call with Analysts and Institutional Investors will be scheduled after the Board meeting (tentatively at 08:15 am (IST) on January 23, 2026) and further details of the same will be disclosed on the website of the Company, www.coforge.com and transcript of the same shall be shared with the stock exchanges in due course.
