Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has acquired 100% equity stake in Greenedge Enterprises (GEPL). Consequently, GEPL has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. 

Earlier, the company had secured approval to acquire Rivpe Technology for a consideration of up to Rs 22 crore. The board of directors of the company in their meeting held on December 4, 2025 have approved the same.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services operates in a segment where it interacts and interface with its customers (i.e., businesses) and end Users (i.e., employees) and is among a small number of uniquely positioned players with a diversified offering of fintech products and services.
