Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL) has completed the acquisition of 99% stake in AGHPort Aviation Services (AGHPort) from Indo Thai Airport Management Services (IndoThai). Consequently, AGHPort has become a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
