Tata steel has informed that, in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a group investor meet has been scheduled on December 11, 2025. The meet will be conducted virtually and has been arranged at short notice by the Management to discuss urgent matter forming part of the outcome of the Board Meeting. Accordingly, the intimation of the schedule of investor meet is being disseminated to exchanges on even date.
