Ramco Systems has informed that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board at its Meeting held today, approved the allotment of 22,877 equity shares of Rs 10 each, subsequent to the exercise of 2,500 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS 2013), 11,875 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS 2014) and 8,502 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2022 (ESOS 2022). Consequent to this, the paid-up equity share capital increased from 3,73,89,048 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 3,74,11,925 equity shares of Rs 10 each. The Company shall apply for the listing and trading permission shortly. The aforesaid intimation is also being hosted on the website of the Company www.ramco.com
