Shekhawati Industries informs about outcome of board meeting

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement), Regulation 2015, Shekhawati Industries has informed that the Board of Directors meeting was held on 15th December, 2025 commenced at 2.00 pm at Registered Office of the Company at Express Zone, ‘A’ Wing, Unit No. 1102/1103, Patel Vatika, Off Western Express Highway, Malad (East) Mumbai - 400097 has considered and approved the following and concluded 2.45 pm: The Board has discussed and approved subscribing as a partner in the proposed Shekhawati & Shubhraj Developers LLP, with an investment exceeding 5% and up to 50%. The company has enclosed the details required under Regulation 30 read with Para A (1) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, as Annexure -A.
