Shree Cement informs about declaration of results of postal ballot

Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shree Cement has informed that results on the business transacted through Postal Ballot Notice dated 28th October, 2025, in the prescribed format is enclosed at Annex-1. Scrutinizer Report on Postal Ballot through remote e-voting is also enclosed at Annex-2. Resolution set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 28th October, 2025 has been approved by the shareholders with requisite majority. The resolution is deemed to have been passed on 12th December, 2025 i.e. the last date of remote e-voting.
