Deep Industries informs about demise of an independent director

Deep Industries has informed that the Company was notified today of the sad demise of Shri Ashokkumar Ratilal Patel (DIN: 09451821), Independent Director of the Company who passed away on December 13, 2025. Ashokkumar Ratilal Patel has played crucial leadership roles through which the company is immensely benefitted. His sudden unexpected demise is an immense and irreparable loss to the Company. The Board of Directors and all employees convey their deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to his family during this difficult time. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 is given and enclosed at Annexure-A.
